The matter was referred back to the Community Development Department to review the current Ordinance and report back to this Board with possible options to the Ordinance. Chairman Cabral stated there would be an EEOC Luncheon on September 14, 1999 from 12-1 p.m. and the Board would recess at 11:45 a.m. to attend, with the afternoon session commencing at 2:00 p.m.

Supervisor Gutierrez discussed Welfare Reform Report Issues in regard to Community-Based Organization Sub-Contractors Report.
