10:30 a.m. bos - Presentation by Dan & Shirley Costa Regarding a Planning Matter. Dan Costa addressed the Board regarding his packing shed and his wholesale produce farming operation. Ben Hulse, C.D.D. Director, also addressed the Board on this matter. The matter was referred back to the Community Development Department to review the current Ordinance and report back to this Board with possible options to the Ordinance.
