The Board determined its interest in retaining a Federal Legislative Representative for the purpose of securing Federal Appropriations in the Federal Budget to be considered during the Budget Process; Authorized the County Administrator to develop a process for considering potential Federal Legislative Representatives; and Authorized the County Administrator to develop a list for Board consideration of items for which a legislative representative might seek special appropriation opportunities. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Chairman Cabral addressed the Board regarding the Lodi Pro Style Sports Complex. The Board requested a meeting be held on Tuesday, April 13, 1999 at 1:30 p.m. with the City of Lodi to discuss this matter.

Supervisor Simas addressed the Board regarding Mountain House, Califia, & the Revitalization of Downtown Stockton.

Chairman Cabral recognized Tim Ryan, MediaOne Cameraman for the Board of Supervisors’ Meetings and congratulated him on his new job assignment and best wishes for the future.
