requested the Board to provide tentative policy guidance. A summary of the l999/2000 budget

issues were presented to the Board. THE BOARD PROVIDED TENTATIVE GUIDANCE AND

DIRECTED COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE TO RETURN WITH FUNDING

ALTERNATIVES.
