10:00 a.m. Presented Resolution Designating February, 1999 as "Prevent a Litter Month"
and Proclaiming February 23, 1999 as "Spay Day USA." Supervisor Gutierrez
requested that Scott Hudson, Agricultural Commissioner, be present at a future
agenda to discuss the status of animal control of vicious dogs in San Joaquin County.

the use of the County seal on for advertising on a promotional event. THE CHAIRMAN DIRECTED COUNTY ADMINSTRATOR TO RESEARCH THE POLICY OF OTHER CITIES & COUNTIES ON THE USE OF SEAL FOR ADVERTISING BY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.
Michael Lighty and Lois Kugglemass addressed the Board regarding the labor representatives of the
California Nurses Association.
Darrell Hayes addressed the Board regarding Welfare Fraud.
