BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
Supervisor Marenco discussed the proposed use of Rough & Ready Island. Chairman directed this matter be reviewed with Alex Krygsman and an Immigration & Naturalization Services
representative; and then agendized before the Board of Supervisors.
PUBLIC COMMENT
To Can Nguyen discussed the action taken on General Government #2.
Tom Bentz spoke on non-conforming use in an M-1 zone. Tom Walker, Acting Director of the Community Development Department, responded to questions from the Board of Supervisors. Matter referred to the Community Development Department for review and report back to the Board of Supervisors.
Ron Bernasconi, Human Rights Taskforce, addressed the Board regarding the Health Care Services Review Project and distributed a handout to the Board Members.
Dr. John Van, DDS addresssed the Board regarding treatment time at San Joaquin General Hospital for children dental patients. Matter referred to Health Care Services for a review and report back to the Board of Supervisors.
Georgianna Reichelt addressed an issue regarding General Government #2 from todays agenda.
