Georgianna Reichelt spoke regarding Robert=s Rules of Order and agenda, and Measure AK@.

Ramiro Reyes addessed the Board regarding issue of Mr. Syverson problem discussed previously

on 2/3/98 agenda.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Cabral discussed application for text amendment regarding inoperable vehicles

public nuisance. THE BOARD DIRECTED THIS MATTER BE PLACED ON THE 2/10/98 AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STAFF RESPONSE.

Supervisor Simas discussed Invitation to Leadership Prayer Breakfast and matter of recent

newspaper article on City of Alameda suing City of Tracy regarding Tracy Hills Development.

Chairman Barber read statement from Georgiana Reichelt requesting the matter of UP-96-5

and UP 97-3 regarding Calvary Bible Church be placed on the agenda of 2/10/98 for discussion.
