    Supervisor Cabral discussed local government revenue protection – impacts on productive

    Agricultural lands into habitat lands. CHAIRMAN DIRECTED THIS MATTER BE PLACED

    ON THE NOVEMBER 24, 1998 AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION AND REVIEW OF DRAFT ORDINANCE .

    Supervisor Marenco discussed letter received from Service Employees International Union regarding concerns on the St. Joseph’s /U.C. Davis Joint Venture Proposal.

    CHAIRMAN DIRECTED COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO PREPARE A WRITTEN

    RESPONSE TO SEIU ON EACH ISSUE.

    Supervisor Marenco announced an invitation to the Board for the graduation ceremony of the Construction Technology Program graduates to be held at Gianone Center on Saturday,
