NAME: PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING CORPORATION

COMPENSATION: None.

LEGAL AUTHORITY: California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law & Board of Supervisors Resolution R-88-1205 dated 10/18/88.

MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS, & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS: The Board of Supervisors appointed the 3 original members. Vacancies are filled by remaining Directors subject to Board of Supervisors’ approval.

TERM: Until a vacancy occurs.

DUTIES: To provide assistance to the County in financing the acquisition, construction, & improvement of public buildings & equipment for the County, together with site development, landscaping, utilities, furnishings & fixtures, & appurtenant & related facilities.

MEETING DATE & LOCATION: As set by Resolution by the Board of Directors.
