LEGAL AUTHORITY: Resolution R-82-760 dated 5/11/82.
MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS, & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS: Board of Supervisors to appoint 1 Member of its governing board & 2 Public Members. School District to appoint 1 Member from its governing board & 1 Member from the officers & employees of the School District.
TERM: 1 Year Terms which shall continue until his/her successor has been appointed & qualified. The terms of the appointees shall end on June 30th of each year.
DUTIES: To encourage, foster, facilitate, establish & maintain a systemized program of recreation & playgrounds, to be made available to residents & visitors of the area comprising the school district on any of the properties owned or controlled by the parties, or other properties with the consent of the owners.
MEETING DATE & LOCATION: Meetings upon call of the Chairperson, at New Hope School, Thornton, CA.
