COMPENSATION: None.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chartered, California Secretary of State, December, 1963; Bylaws of the SJC EDA approved by the Board of Supervisors on 5/l3/87.
MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS, & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS: 5 Members - 1 from Each Supervisorial District. Must be a San Joaquin County resident & have an interest in the Economic Development of San Joaquin County. Must have the ability to understand & participate in the economic development activities & in the oversight of the financial affairs of an economic development corporation.
TERM: 2 Year Terms. The terms of office of each appointed director shall coincide with the terms of office of the appointing Supervisor.
DUTIES: As stipulated in the EDA Amended Bylaws dated 3/26/91.
MEETING DATE & LOCATION: Last Monday of January, April, July, & October (Board Meets Quarterly) at 12:00 Noon 814 N. Hunter Street, (EEDD Office), Stockton, CA.
