MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS, & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS: 2 Representatives from each of the 3 Counties: Amador, Calaveras, & San Joaquin.
TERM: 4 Year Terms staggered so as to end on odd numbered years.
DUTIES: To advise EBMUD of County concerns in operating & maintaining the Park.
MEETING DATE & LOCATION: Meetings held quarterly - Date & Location To Be Announced.
