1.                  ems - Authorization to Reimburse the State of California $150,000 Plus Interest for Disallowed Costs from the 2006 Homeland Security Grant Program and Related Budget Appropriations. (4/5ths Vote Required) AS AMENDED.

2.                  phs - Approval of Independent Physician and Provider Agreement with Blue Shield of California.

3.                  phs - Authorization to Sign Acceptance of Award for the 2013-2014 Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program Base Award Augmentation of $23,256.

4.                  sjgh - Approval of Contract with Abbott Laboratories, Inc. to Provide Automated Chemistry and Immunochemistry Instruments through June 30, 2021 at an Estimated Cost Totaling $6,396,425.
