1.                  bhs - Approval of Agreement with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. to Provide Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment Services for $1,449,805 for the Period of May 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.

2.                  hsa - Approval of Amendments to Three Title III Older Americans Act Contracts Increasing Total Funding from $154,230 to $162,837 for the Period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.

3.                  hsa - Approval of Plans and Specifications for Repairing Walkways and Roads at Mary Graham Children's Shelter.

4.                  sjgh - Approval of Applications for Appointment/Reappointment to San Joaquin General Hospital Medical Staff.
