1.                  ems - Approval of an Agreement Authorizing the South County Fire Authority and the City of Tracy to Provide Advanced Life Support Services as a Component of the Emergency Medical Services System through September 30, 2014.

2.                  hsa - Approval of Calendar Year 2014 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Contract No. 14B-5034, Amendment No. 1, for an Additional $1,209,818.

3.                  sjgh - Approval of Physician Employment Agreements Pursuant to Union of American Physicians & Dentists Memorandum of Understanding Effective April 15, 2014.
