Description: Provides individual and group counseling, and education conjunction with the adolescent’s mental health services, a partnership between Mental Health Services and Substance Abuse Services under Behavioral Health.

Type of Program: Day Treatment and Milieu Services for Chapter 26.5 for Special Education Adolescents
Description: Provides two programs with individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric medication services, case management, and milieu therapy. These services are: 
  1. In collaboration with County Office of Education, at the public Sierra Middle School in Stockton, and 
  2. in collaboration with North Valley Schools Inc., at the non-public North Valley School.

Type of Program: Intensive wraparound service for children and youth who are transitioning from a high level RCL 12-14 Group Home Placement to a lower level of care, or at high risk of a RCL 12-14 Group Home Placement
Description: DSS Wraparound Services provides family-strength based individual, family, group, collateral, case management, and one-to-one services in the home, school, and community, to support the transition from Placement back to the community to those Chapter 26.5 Students identified by the Mental Health Department, Foster Children/Youth identified by Human Services Agency, and Probationers identified by the Probation Department. Services are provided in partnership with FICS-FamilyVision (SB 163) and Human Services Agency.
