San Joaquin County provides a comprehensive benefits package to its employees. The benefits include the option of three medical plans, two dental plans, a vision plan, life insurance, Flexible Benefits (125) Plan, and Deferred Compensation Plan.

Benefits Orientation sessions are held every two weeks to acquaint new employees with the benefits offered by the County and to assist them with the enrollment process.
