Commission on Aging

The Commission on Aging has many duties, part of which is to study, review, evaluate & make recommendations, as an advisory body to the Board of Supervisors on all matters affecting older people in San Joaquin County. Serve as an advisory council to the Department of Aging on all matters affecting older people in the County, & act as their principal advocate. Act as the SJC Long-Term Care Coordinating Council/Adult Day Health Care Planning Council, & serve as an advisory body to the Board of Supervisors on matters of long-term care.

MEETING DATE LOCATION: 1st Monday monthly at 1:30 p.m. with the EXCEPTION of August & when no meeting is held. If a meeting falls on a legal holiday, it is held on the first business day following. Human Services Agency, Conference Room "C", 5th Floor, 102 S. San Joaquin Street, Stockton.
